How to reach Miady about a power bank, an extension cord, an RV or generator plug, a battery or a page on miady.co.
Not sure whether your camper wants the 30 amp or the 50 amp plug, or whether a 10,000mAh pair is enough for a weekend away? Write, and a person replies.
chargeup@miady.co. Tell us which product it is and what it has to work with: the phone you charge, the outlet on the pedestal, the plug on the generator. A photo of the plug or the outlet helps more than any description.
Phone and post
Call (717) 555-0187 on weekdays, or write to 418 Harrow Mill Lane, Suite 6, Lancaster, PA 17603. For a plug or outlet question, email is quicker, because you can attach the photo.
Orders and returns
Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. For an order you have already placed, their order page is the quickest route.
